Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and services purchased on BookMyPartner (bookmypartner.com), operated by BookMyPartner Internet Pvt. Ltd.

1. Free Features

Registration, browsing listings, searching, and sending enquiries on BookMyPartner are completely free of charge. No payment is required for these features. This policy applies only to paid subscription plans and premium features.

2. Paid Subscription Plans

BookMyPartner offers optional paid plans for:

  • Featured Listings — Higher placement and highlighted display in search results
  • Verified Business Badge — Document-verified status displayed on your profile and listings
  • Priority Matching — Increased visibility to relevant partners based on your category
  • Bulk Listing Plans — Post multiple listings under one subscription

All subscriptions are billed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST at 18%.

3. Cancellation Policy

Monthly Subscriptions

You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time through your account dashboard under Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain access to paid features until the cycle ends. No prorated refund is issued for unused days in the current cycle.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual plans may be cancelled within 7 days of the initial purchase for a full refund (minus payment gateway processing fees of approximately 2%). After 7 days, annual plans are non-refundable but remain active until the end of the subscription period.

4. Refund Eligibility

A refund will be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Technical failure: Our platform was inaccessible or your paid features were non-functional for more than 48 consecutive hours due to issues on our end.
  • Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a payment processing error.
  • Unauthorised transaction: A charge was made without your authorisation (you must report this within 7 days and provide supporting evidence).
  • Service not delivered: A specific feature you paid for was never activated on your account despite confirmed payment.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind or decision not to use the platform
  • Dissatisfaction with the number or quality of enquiries received
  • Failure to receive a business deal or partnership through the platform
  • Accidental purchase where the account was accessed and features were used
  • Violations of our Terms of Service resulting in account suspension
  • Requests made after 7 days from the date of charge

6. How to Request a Refund

Email us within 7 days

Send a refund request to billing@bookmypartner.com with subject "Refund Request – [Your Email]"

Include required details

Your registered email, transaction ID or payment reference number, date of charge, amount, and reason for refund request.

Review within 3 business days

Our billing team will review your request and respond within 3 working days confirming approval or providing a reason for rejection.

Refund processed in 5–7 business days

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method (card, UPI, or net banking) within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

7. Payment Gateway Fees

Payment processing fees charged by Razorpay or other gateways (approximately 1.5–2.5% of the transaction amount) are non-recoverable and will be deducted from all approved refund amounts.

8. Dispute Resolution

If your refund request is rejected and you believe this decision is incorrect, you may escalate the matter by emailing legal@bookmypartner.com with your original request details. We will conduct a final review within 7 business days.

If you remain unsatisfied, disputes are governed by Indian law and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, as specified in our Terms of Service.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For active subscribers, changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle after notification.
