Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BookMyPartner platform (bookmypartner.com), operated by BookMyPartner Internet Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform.
• You must be a resident of India or operating a business in India.
• By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
• Accounts created with false information may be terminated without notice.

2. Account Registration and Security

When you create an account:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at support@bookmypartner.com of any unauthorised use of your account.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one active account.

3. Listings and Content

3.1 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you post, including listings, profiles, messages, and business information. By posting content, you warrant that:

• You have the legal right to offer the products, services, or partnerships described.
• All information is accurate and not misleading.
• You hold any required licences, registrations (GST, FSSAI, Drug Licence, etc.) mentioned in your listing.
• Your listing does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights.

3.2 Prohibited Content

You must not post content that:

• Is false, fraudulent, deceptive, or intentionally misleading
• Promotes illegal products, counterfeit goods, or unlicensed activities
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory material
• Violates any applicable Indian law or regulation
• Solicits money or investment without appropriate regulatory approvals (SEBI, RBI, etc.)
• Copies content from other users or third parties without permission

4. Platform Use — Acceptable Behaviour

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest any data from the platform without written permission
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Spam other users with unsolicited messages or bulk enquiries
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the platform's security
• Use the platform for purposes other than legitimate business matchmaking
• Impersonate another person, business, or entity

5. Our Role as a Platform

BookMyPartner is a neutral marketplace and information intermediary. We:

• Do not participate in or guarantee any transaction between users
• Do not verify the legal compliance, financial health, or business viability of any listed entity
• Are not a party to any franchise agreement, distribution contract, supply agreement, or partnership formed through the platform
• Do not provide legal, financial, or investment advice

All business decisions, agreements, and transactions are entirely between the parties involved. BookMyPartner bears no liability for outcomes of those transactions.

6. Subscription Plans and Payments

Certain features of BookMyPartner (such as featured listings, verified badges, and enhanced visibility) require a paid subscription. For these:

• Pricing is displayed clearly before any purchase
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay or other PCI-compliant gateways
• All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise
• Subscription terms are governed by our Refund Policy

7. Intellectual Property

All content on BookMyPartner — including our logo, design, code, copy, and compiled data — is owned by BookMyPartner Internet Pvt. Ltd. and protected under Indian copyright law.

By posting content on our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the platform and marketing it to potential users.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

BookMyPartner is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's operation, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform or any business transaction facilitated through it.
• Our maximum aggregate liability to any user is limited to the amount paid by that user to us in the preceding 3 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BookMyPartner Internet Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third party's rights.

10. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that:

• Violates these Terms or our content policies
• Is reported by multiple users for fraudulent or misleading activity
• Has been inactive for more than 24 consecutive months

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon deletion, your listings will be removed within 24 hours.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email and a notice on the platform. Continued use of BookMyPartner after notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
